We’d love to hear from you if you have a passion for innovation, have a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and legislation; and a commitment to best practice system improvements with an employee experience focus. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of four years’ experience in a leadership role within an HR Operations environment, preferably

within a global or complex organisational context.

• Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience in leading on improvements / upgrades.

• Proven track record of improving HR operational processes and delivering high-quality, efficient, and

scalable HR services.

• Experienced in coaching, developing, and supporting team members to achieve consistent performance

and professional growth.

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in HR, with the ability to ensure compliance

across multiple jurisdictions.

You will report to the Global Employee Experience Manager.The job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term contract for one year and is based in Maynoth, Ireland or Belfact, Northern Ireland[1]. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 3 professionals.
