• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
  
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
  
• Experience working with multiple markets within the EU.
  
• Excellent aptitude and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of People topics aligned to the POps’ Menu of Services such as reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, change management/transformation.
  
• Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a Product Area, market or HR service line via dynamic consultations.
  
• Actively seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from senior leaders when needed.
  
• Identify key business/product, market and/or HR service lines that require change and activate/leverage People Experience/POps stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration to improve the Googler experience.
