The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a People Operations Specialist to join our Dublin-based People team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR Ops and Payroll in Ireland with the opportunity to contribute to our international people operations depending on your profile and experience.

This is a fantastic role for someone who loves structure, lives for process improvements, and genuinely cares about creating a great employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage the end-to-end People Operations lifecycle in Ireland—from onboarding and offboarding to contract changes and compliance.


• Support monthly payroll with precision, partnering with our external provider to ensure accuracy and adherence to Irish legislation.


• Manage benefits administration, salary certificates, work permits, and special leave requests.


• Keep our HRIS up to date and squeaky clean—because details matter.


• Be the first point of contact for employee queries around HR and payroll.


• Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure all our processes are compliant and connected.


• Play a key role in global HR operations and payroll projects across other European countries.


• Champion operational efficiency by supporting the rollout of new tools and systems.
  


• Support cross-market People initiatives and bring an international mindset to local practices.

Who You Are

• You bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or a similar administrative HR role.


• You know your way around Irish employment law and payroll processes.


• Detail-oriented, discreet, and fiercely organised—accuracy is your middle name.


• A problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, international setting.


• Passionate about creating a positive employee experience and contributing to workplace culture.


• A true team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaborating globally.

Languages

• Fluent English is a must.


• Foreign language skills are a strong bonus, particularly Italian, French, or Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Irish payroll is essential.


• IPASS qualification highly desirable.
