Policy Advisor
Overview
Applications are invited for a Policy Advisor role in the Policy Department of the Law Society of Ireland on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Policy and working on issues at national, EU and international level.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing policy and law reform initiatives on matters that are reflective of the public interest and the interests of members of the Law Society. Some of the key aspects of the role inn include conducting research, developing and drafting policy documents, as well as devising and implementing lobbying strategies on matters that are a key strategic priority for the Law Society.
Guided by the Law Society’s Strategy 2024 – 2028, the appointee will work closely with the Council and also members of the Law Society’s Committees.
