Pricing Team Lead

• Play an integral role in delivering pricing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive customer growth and retention through existing and new product offerings. 
  
• Responsible for ensuring accurate bespoke prices are issued to our diverse range of customers including large -scale energy users to large multi -nationals.
  
• Actively engage with the Empowering Tomorrow Project to ensure an exceptional customer focused pricing solution is delivered.
  
• Manage and building an inclusive, high performing team that are knowledgeable and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise.
  
• Responsible for ensuring the output of the team is maximised through effective planning, establishing individual goals, and managing the delivery of workload through prioritisation.
  
• Ensure the team works to the relevant standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
  
• A commercial mindset with a strong numerical and analytical skills, focusing on attention to detail.
  
• Good decision -making and problem -solving capability. 
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement. 
  
• Proven ability to work on own initiative and deliver results to tight deadlines.  
  
• Experience with managing large data sets using SQL or similar tools.
