With an extensive range of complexion products offering over 100 foundation shades, Sculpted by Aimee is dedicated to celebrating real skin and promoting minimal retouching in our social media and campaigns.
Due to this exciting growth, Sculped by Aimee are hiring a Product Marketing Associate to join their Product Team. As a Product Marketing Associate at Sculpted by Aimee, the candidate will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager and play an essential role in supporting the strategic growth of our product portfolio. The focus will be on supporting the launches of products through product positioning.
Product Positioning and Launch Support – Assisting in defining the product’s USPs, and assisting the team to ensure a successful product launch strategy.
Product Narratives – Building product stories, compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
Artwork and Design Collaboration – Supporting product marketing manager with artwork, promotional materials, and branding.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis – Assisting product developers by gathering insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
Strategic Product Naming – Contributing to the decision-making process for product names to align with branding and market appeal.
Enhancing Product Education – Developing materials and initiatives to educate internal teams, partners, and customers about product features and benefits.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Working with design, trade, marketing, PR and product teams to align messaging, strategy, and execution.
General Product, Marketing & Product Development Activities – Providing support across various initiatives to drive product awareness and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging & Brand Audits
Conduct regular packaging audits to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with design teams to address any packaging issues or improvements.
Trade & Retail Support
Work closely with the trade team to ensure the brand is consistently represented across retail and e-commerce platforms.
Gather feedback from sales teams and retail partners to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
Marketing Asset Management
Support the creation and organisation of marketing materials, including artwork and digital content.
Ensure all assets are up to date and accessible for internal teams and external partners.
Market Research & Competitive Insights
Conduct research on competitor products, market trends, and consumer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations to support product positioning and strategy.
General Administrative & Marketing Support
Manage timelines, track deliverables, and support the team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct and analyze market research and competitor analysis.
Creative thinking
Strong attention to detail is key for this role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
