Product Marketing Coordinator

PRODUCT MARKETING COORDINATOR

Our client, a fast-growing international Galway based direct sales company in the MedTech industry, is looking to hire a Product Marketing Coordinator who will an organized individual who is eager to learn and work in the marketing department. This person must be detail-orientated, self-driven and have an interest in marketing and willingness to adapt quickly to assist with tasks relating to Product Management.

You will work on the Product Management Marketing team, serving as a key support member of the global marketing team in administrative functions across product education, research, design and artwork production, events, and global marketing campaign efforts to optimize new product launches, and maximize the value of products and solutions throughout their lifecycle.

You will also work closely with international global marketing colleagues, as well as internal and external vendors, as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Product education maintenance – Coordination of all product information and assets and Create materials such as brochures, presentations, and cheat sheets to empower the sales team to effectively communicate the product's value proposition.

· Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyse competitors' products, marketing strategies, and market presence to identify opportunities and threats.

· Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and monitor market trends, to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour.

· Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product marketing and direct sales.

· Product and Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and new product launches using KPIs and metrics.

· Promotional Campaigns: Assist with global promotional campaigns to promote the product, drive customer engagement, and increase conversion rates.

· Artwork Change Management Assistance - Assist the Product Management Specialist with all tasks relating to product packaging artwork.

· Key Program Maintenance and Assistance: Testimonial, Endorsement and Preferred Customer Program assistance.

· Marketing and Product Mailbox Management.

· General Translations Assistance, as needed.

· Assistance with Core priorities, administrative tasks, and product project management

· Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures – follow Marketing and Product Process SOP and assist team with Marketing creative requests and maintenance. Assist with new marketing member training plans and onboarding.

· Assistance in DAM management (Brandfolder).

· Become a super user of Project Management Software – Dashboard Creation and management on Smartsheet.

· Events and Merchandise assistance, as and when needed.

· Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise.

· Ability to travel up to 10% per annum.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Qualification in Marketing/Business or similar.

·1+ years’ experience in a marketing administration role. Experience in Product Marketing role an advantage.

· Excellent computer skills including MS Office, word, excel and PPT.

· Strong user of PowerPoint or presenting/designer tools.

· Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.

· Strong planning, organization and project management skills are required.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally across departments and with external third parties.

· Ability to work both independently, seek guidance as needed, and work within a global team across time zones.

· Fluent written and spoken English.

· Strongability to communicate effectively at all levels.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Creative, Design experience a bonus.

· Previous experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet a bonus.
