Product Owner

Overview

Kubicle is seeking a Product Owner to join our team. You’ll be working alongside our Head of Product, experienced Designers and Developers on all aspects of Kubicle’s platform. You’ll get to understand our customers' needs through user research and customer engagements, while collaborating with designers and developers to deliver impactful features that will be used daily by thousands of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product priorities
• Work in sync with our Head of Product and stakeholders, contributing to product vision, objectives and release planning
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ideate and validate proposed solutions

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• 3 years of experience translating customer needs into features that delight

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a cross-functional and non-technical capacity
• Experience prioritizing & maintaining a product backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
• Experience with continuous discovery techniques in a product environment
• A growth-focused mindset and plenty of initiative
