About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Packaging Operative to join a high\-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Co. Tipperary. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working on pharma or GMP\-regulated packaging lines, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Operate, monitor, and maintain automated and semi\-automated packaging line equipment.

·         Carry out line changeovers and equipment setup in accordance with SOPs.

·         Perform in\-process quality checks to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and production standards.

·         Record all production and batch information accurately and in real time.

·         Identify and escalate equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns promptly.

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

·         Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

·         Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Requirements

·         Previous pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing/packaging line experience is essential.

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·         Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, process\-driven environment.

·         Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

·         Flexibility to work shift patterns (shift allowance applies).

·         Reliable, punctual, and team\-oriented mindset.
