Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment according to best practices while complying with health and safety regulations and company policies


• Provide comprehensive production service across the site, including operating plant, performing maintenance schedules, and responding to breakdowns


• Monitor production lines and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards


• Perform necessary quality assurance analysis and update information systems in a timely manner


• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and apply new skills to drive operational excellence


• Develop and maintain world-class performance standards using agreed KPIs including overall equipment effectiveness

Requirements

• Direct manufacturing operational experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment


• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles and machinery operation/control


• Working knowledge of SAP & EWM systems


• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and HSE applications


• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies


• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills


• Forklift license preferred

Education/Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent


• Basic Hygiene Certificate
