Your leadership will be key to ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality products, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Team Leadership: Supervise and support production personnel to meet daily targets in quality, output, and efficiency. \n\n\n * Production Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules, incorporating staffing, training, and capacity planning. \n\n\n * Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Warehousing, Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Engineering teams to ensure timely product flow and shipment. \n\n\n * GMP, 5S \u0026 Housekeeping: Promote and maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices and workplace cleanliness. \n\n\n * Process Oversight: Monitor material flows, space utilization, and equipment performance to ensure optimal production efficiency. \n\n\n * Administrative Duties: Manage time and attendance, holiday planning, and contribute to build plan and progress tracking. \n\n\n * Health, Safety \u0026 Environment: Work with EHS to identify and reduce environmental impacts and ensure a safe working environment. \n\n\n\n \n\nEducation \u0026 Experience:\n\n * 3-5 years experience people-management in a dynamic production environment\n * Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering/Science/Production Mgt.\n * Excellent Planning \u0026 organising skills are essential for this role.\n * Metrics and Continuous improvement experience.\n * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate and engage with teams.\n * Experience of managing a team.\n\n\n\n \n\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most \u2013 united by a deep caring for human life.
