Production Support Engineer

Provide daily production support including monitoring, mailbox management, and issue resolution Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure system stability and uptime Coordinate with Payment stakeholders for issue clarification and resolution Follow incident, problem, and change management processes Support testing, production deployments, and infrastructure-related activities 2-3 years of experience in Production Support (L1/L2) Strong knowledge of Java with hands-on debugging experience Understanding of Incident and Change Management processes Experience with Kafka, MQ, and RESTful APIs Knowledge of RHEL/Linux and Shell scripting Understanding of Java Spring Boot / Microservices architecture Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible Good knowledge of RDBMS databases (preferably Oracle) Ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively
