About the role: As a Program Manager on our Regulatory Delivery & Transparency team, you'll focus on increasing transparency to governments and civil society, accelerating data and information sharing with external researchers and efficiently demonstrating regulatory compliance. You'll work alongside partner teams from across the business to build and shape data-backed narratives, build and maintain website properties, and ensure compliance obligations are met and exceeded. This position will be full-time and will be based in our Dublin or London office. What will I be doing?- Unify cross-organizational data and reporting to drive transparency related to content curation and safety- Set and manage alerting for data pipelines, optimizing for accuracy and completeness- Host regular KPI reviews with relevant teams to help unify internal and external reporting - Use data to tell meaningful narratives, helping to thoughtfully expand the scope of TikTok's external reporting related to safety- Manage regulatory and compliance related disclosures partnering closely with colleagues in gov't relations, communications, legal and data science

Minimum Qualifications- 5 years experience working within trust & safety, security, fraud, tech policy, regulatory or similar spaces - Previous program/project or product management experience- Understanding of emerging online safety issues and a passion for creating solutions and preventive measures for tackling them- Deep experience developing and coordinating large scale projects or products across multiple partner teams Preferred Qualifications- Fluid communicator who is able to speak to multiple stakeholders across many layers of the business- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience working with multiple cross functional partners and teams- Experience working for a regulator or government agency- You are comfortable with data and able to do in-depth data interpretation with familiarity with SQL a bonus- MBA / Masters Degree Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
