Project Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Residential)
to lead the delivery of a high-quality housing development. This role offers full ownership of the project from construction through to handover and aftercare, with responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for construction delivery, health & safety, and commercial performance


• Manage site preliminaries in collaboration with the Project QS and Commercial Manager


• Ensure all project activities are planned at least 12 weeks in advance


• Full ownership and accountability for the Project Programme and Project Execution Plan (PEP)


• Lead and document all weekly meetings, including:


• Complete all weekly and monthly project reporting


• Identify and formally report any programme or sales delays


• Provide weekly updates to service and progress trackers


• Ensure the site management team adheres to company policies, particularly in relation to Procore usage and inspection plans


• Attend and contribute to post-tender and pre-construction meetings


• Manage the RFI, DOP, and material approval processes


• Maintain overall responsibility for quality management across the project


• Oversee aftercare and handover, working closely with the Site Manager and Finishing Foreman


• Ensure full HPI compliance and ongoing monitoring

About You

• Proven experience delivering residential developments


• Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards


• Commercially aware with experience working closely with QS and commercial teams


• Confident leader with the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders


• Highly organised, proactive, and accountable


• Experience using Procore or similar construction management platforms.
