Join a team delivering critical equipment and process systems used in the production of life saving medicines and therapies worldwide.  We are expanding our Project Management team to lead diverse, high-impact engineering projects from kick-off through final customer acceptance. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, oversee project execution, and serve as a primary customer contact while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead complex engineering projects from start to finish
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams
• Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project life cycle
• Review technical specification, P&IDs, and project requirements
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 7-10 years of engineering experience with 5+ years in project management
• Experience managing industrial, process, or manufacturing equipment projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and interpreting AutoCAD, P&ID drawings
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel as required.
