Job Description - Project Manager - Fit-outs and Upgrades - Public Works

Role: Senior Construction Project Manager

Client: Specialist Public Works Contractor

Essentials: Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence.

Location: South Dublin based office, Greater Dublin based sites

Salary: €110,000 - €130,000

Overseeing: Full lifecycle of construction projects, site teams, budgets, and health & safety compliance.

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget.

Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.

Build strong working relationships with directors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly, keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.

Track project budgets closely, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure cost objectives are achieved.

Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a secure and compliant work environment.

Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows, track finances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
