Project Manager Role - DDC Fitout

• To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the
  
• company and client
  
• Manage and motivate site teams
  
• Manage and motivate sub -contractors
  
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
  
• Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish
  
• All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ main contractor experience
  
• Experience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming.
  
• Experience of commercial, residential, and fit out sectors is required
  
• Ability to work on own initiative
  
• Self -motivated and hard worker
  
• Strong team building and leadership skills
  
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
  
• Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, CAD and other industry specific software an advantage
  
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  
• Travel when required
