Job Description - Property Agent - Development Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of multiple OMC managed developments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to ensure the smooth operation of various residential developments.

Key responsibilities and duties  

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple property developments
  • Work closely with the appointed management company directors to implement and enforce policies and procedures for efficient operation
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Glenveagh, residents, management agent and and the management company
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships
  • Monitor and manage budgets for each development, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to handle financial transactions, billing, and reporting
  • Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner and to the highest standards
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Identify and assess potential risks to property developments
  • Implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the interests of Glenveagh, residents and the management companies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities
  • Prepare regular reports on OMC operations and
  • Relevant Third Level Qualification
  • PSRA D Licence (an advantage)
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in a role overseeing multiple developments
  • Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, The MUDs Act and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
