Property Surveyor

• Assist on real estate projects right the way through the development life cycle
  
• Produce detailed values analysis plans
  
• Produce and analyse development
  appraisals / models
  
• Assist the Development Advisory Director
  with statistical analysis of the market
  
• To assist with managing existing clients
  whilst helping to acquire new and prospective clients
  

Requirements

• Chartered Surveyor (SCSI / RICS)
  
• Degree in Real Estate / Valuation /
  Estate Agency or similar
  
• 4 -5 years’ experience
  in the property agency industry with multi asset experience
  
• Well -presented and professional with a
  flexible approach to work
  
• Proven organisational skills and the
  ability to meet deadlines
