Job Description - Quality Assurance Surveyor - Home Energy Upgrades
The Role:
Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a QA Surveyor to join our Quality Assurance and Documentation division.
Within this role, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of quality checks on our completed Home Energy Upgrades projects, so strong attention to detail, and an awareness of Building regulations is of paramount importance along with compliance with the SEAI requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills are vital for this role.
This roles requires flexibility to travel within Munster predominantly, but not exclusively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance surveys on residential properties in accordance with SEAI standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and snag lists.
Advise clients and contractors on SEAI requirements and compliance issues.
Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Monitor work quality and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with SEAI regulations and share updates with relevant departments and external partners.
Completing small minor on -site snags.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in surveying, construction inspections, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEAI grant schemes and associated energy upgrade works (e.g. wall insulation, attic insulation, heat pumps, solar PV, windows, doors, floor insulation, and mechanical ventilation).
Excellent report -writing and interpersonal skills.
Full, clean driving licence.
Fluent English - verbal and written.
