A new opportunity is now open for Quality Expert Reviewers fluent in Spanish (LATAM) and English to join a global team dedicated to online safety, content evaluation, and operational quality assurance.

Location

• Dublin City Centre – onsite only (no remote option)
• Contract Type
• Permanent – Full Time (40 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Full flexibility required between Monday and Sunday, 08:00–19:00

Requirements

• Right to work in Dublin
• English B2
• Spanish (LATAM) C2
• Content moderation experience

Role Overview

The Quality Expert Reviewer will support the evaluation of several operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, policy alignment, and high‑quality decision‑making.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Quality Review
• Assessment of sensitive content categories, including:
• Violence or credible threats
• Self‑harm
• Illegal activities
• Hate speech and harassment
• Fraud, phishing, and spam
• Child safety concerns

Other categories defined by internal policies

• Identity & Authenticity Review
• Document verification
• Access and authentication flow checks
• Escalations & Specialized Reviews
• Viral/meme content
• Dangerous organizations
• Cases requiring strong cultural and contextual understanding of LATAN Spanish‑speaking markets

Compensation & Benefits

• Location: Onsite Dublin City Centre (no work at home option currently available)
• Salary: € 42,667
• Shifts: Full Time, 40 hrs, Fully Flexible across Mon – Sun 08.00 – 19.00
• Training: 4 weeks on site in Dublin
• Contract: Permanent
