Overview

We are seeking a Spanish & English-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will support the quality review of client workflows for global operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence across multiple content and risk areas.

You must be able to demonstrate prior Content Moderation experience and show strong cultural awareness for nuanced policy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring top-tier quality standards across the following workflows:

• Content Moderation: Review materials that may include topics such as:
  • Violence or credible threats
  • Self-harm promotion
  • Fraud or sale of restricted goods
  • Impersonation, privacy violations, hate speech, bullying
  • Phishing, spam, or malware
  • Child exploitation or sexual solicitation
  • Sensitive content including nudity and adult material
• ID and Authenticity Reviews
• Escalation handling and verification processes
• Coordination with Global Risk Operations (GRO) focusing on viral/meme content, dangerous organizations, and social/political context review within relevant markets
