Job Description - Quality Supervisor - Construction

Role: Quality Control Supervisor

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: 5+ years experience in a similar quality role; experience with residential sites in Ireland; strong knowledge of BCAR compliance.

Location: Multiple Sites in Dublin

Salary: Up to €65,000

Reporting to: Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to identify quality issues, defects, and compliance concerns.

Travel to projects in line with agreed inspection schedules.

Ensure quality procedures are implemented by site teams and subcontractors.

Build strong relationships with project teams, site managers, and key stakeholders.

Investigate and report quality defects and non-conformances.

Record inspection findings and prepare quality reports using company systems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality standards, building regulations, and industry best practices.

Promote a positive quality culture across all projects.

Carry out additional duties as required by management.
