R&D Engineer

Our Client, a very exciting Medical Device startup are searching for a Research and Design Engineer to join their growing team.

Please note: This role is fully onsite with no hybrid or remote working options.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Contribute to early-phase product development and testing efforts.

• Design and develop innovative medical devices using expertise in CAD, prototyping, and testing techniques.

• Apply engineering principles to develop creative solutions for next-generation medical devices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product development milestones.

• Ensure the functionality, safety, and performance of medical devices during the design and testing phases.

• Support the development of innovative devices aimed at addressing critical healthcare challenges.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device design and development.

• Proficiency in CAD design tools and hands-on experience in prototyping and testing.

• Strong engineering background with a focus on innovation and creativity in medical device solutions.

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to product development goals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in the medical device industry is a plus
