Collaborate with SDK development teams to implement improvements based on feedback. Document best practices for using SDKs. Feedback and Continuous Improvement (10%) Gather feedback from developers, users, and stakeholders through surveys, interviews, and other methods. Analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement and potential innovations. Collaborate with development teams to implement changes based on feedback. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the rApp ecosystem based on developer feedback and industry trends. Community Engagement (5%) Manage community interactions and facilitate developer communication. Participate in events such as technical clinics and development conferences. Develop micro-learning assets and other educational resources for developers. Work closely with the Community Engagement Team to ensure the developer community's voice is heard and acted upon. You will Bring Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in software development. Proficient understanding of SMO, ORAN, and Cloud RAN. Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Active learning abilities to stay ahead of industry trends. An approachable and cooperative demeanor to foster community trust. Ability to acquire seniority and expertise through direct interaction with rApp developers.
