Real Estate Expert - Contract Negotiator (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Your Responsibilities:

• Landlord Negotiation & Acquisition: You independently initiate contact, qualify leads, and conduct structured negotiations with landlords and property owners to secure sustainable site stability.
• Commercial Strategy: You evaluate commercial location and contract situations to create robust offer strategies and drive performance-oriented price negotiations.
• End-to-End Deal Closure: You handle qualified initial contacts, prepare offers, obtain internal approvals, and finalize closing-oriented agreements.
• Portfolio & Ad-Hoc Negotiations: You manage additional location- and contract-related negotiations outside the GLBO portfolio based on business priorities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: You build trusted landlord relationships, prepare decision-ready contract documents with Legal and Finance, and deliver regular pipeline reporting.  

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification with a solid understanding of commercial, technical, and site-related contexts.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in customer management, acquisition, contract negotiations, or comparable commercial roles, alongside a proven track record in structured discussion and deal closure.
• Technical Skills:
  • Required: Basic knowledge of lease and purchase contracts.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with telecom infrastructure or specific portfolio management tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgment, persuasive communication, and the ability to confidently navigate conflicts and complex objections while building strong relationships.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Required: German (at least C1 level) with excellent rhetorical skills.
  • Nice to have / Advantageous: English proficiency for internal alignment and documentation.

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Dublin.
