Job Description

As a Receptionist, you are the first and last impression of our hotel, placing the guest at the centre of everything you do. You will deliver a warm, genuine and professional welcome, ensuring every interaction creates a positive and memorable experience. From managing check-ins and check-outs to responding to guest enquiries and resolving requests with care and efficiency, you will provide exceptional service while working collaboratively with your colleagues to exceed guest expectations. You will take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring every stay reflects the high standards and hospitality of Motel One.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is desirable.
  • Experience using Opera Cloud or a similar Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage, although full training will be provided.
  • A warm, friendly and professional personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland and currently resident in Ireland.
