Receptionist/Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Assistant for our Charleville, Co. Cork office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering & screening incoming calls.


• Diary management.


• Audio transcription.


• Database management.


• Client Invoicing & Collection


• Data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning.


• Bookkeeping work for the office team


• Bank Reconciliation


• VAT & RCT Returns


• Payroll


• General day to day office support work

Candidate Profile:

• Be highly organised.


• Possess good interpersonal skills.


• Be confident with figures and have excellent computer skills particularly Word and Excel.


• Have a pleasant and confident telephone manner.


• Pay strong attention to detail


• Have an ability to work on own initiative.


• Multi-tasking and time management skills


• Previous experience in Accountancy or related practices would be an advantage.
