Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.

• Conduct reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates.

• Perform new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee status changes.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and organized candidate records.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Follow established guidelines and best practices for talent acquisition.

What Were Looking For:

• A bachelors degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.

• Ability to work under supervision while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.
