We are looking for an experienced proactive and adaptable Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, from HQ to Retail as we scale and grow. Our People team is growing as we look to scale and transform how we partner and liaise on the recruiting employee life cycle from proactive sourcing and contemporary recruiting practices.; pre-hire, and attraction; the recruiting process and best in class experience for the candidate; to onboarding, a DE&I strategy, and partnering with People team colleagues and hiring managers.

This is a hands-on new manager level role for Sculpted by Aimee that requires both strategic planning and the ability to flex in a scale up – hiring top talent and a great candidate experience. This role reports to the People Director, and is an FTC (Fixed Term Contract) for one year with the opportunity to go to PERM at company discretion.

This is an HQ-based position in our Dundrum office, with a hybrid approach to working.

Accountabilities Include

Own the Recruitment process for Sculpted, driving best in class hiring practices and to set us up for scale, while owning and driving the end-to-end full life cycle requisitions.
Proactively map and drive an end-to-end process internally to be best in class in terms of user experience, candidate journey and end to end recruitment.
Refine a DE&I strategy for inclusive best practice for HQ and retail, fostering a scalable approach in how we operate, interview and hire for a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Map and own technology platforms and options for Sculpted, such as an Applicant Tracking system that matches our size, scale and growth
Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, in partnership with the People Director and Senior People Partner.
Collaborate with the People team colleagues on operational excellence, in terms of streamlining processes, leverage and suggesting data analytics and insights. Evaluate and adopt best-in-class tools that drive intelligence, automation, and efficiency
Build trusting relationships with all hiring managers, employees, and leaders in Sculpted.
Drive best practices in Talent attraction and recruitment in the industry, including sourcing, competitive intelligence and competitor/industry mapping.
Own the remodel of the Careers webpage, and review opportunities for employer brand
Represent the brand at recruitment fairs, recruitment events and online.
Consider how best to train hiring managers on recruiting best practices, to inform a consistent standard user experience for all.
Work with the People Director on demand planning and forecasting in terms of process improvements.
Facilitate and streamline proactive communication between hiring managers, candidates and the interview panels.
Work collaboratively with People team and key stakeholders in Recruitment (finance, Ops).
Be a role model for Ways of Working for the People team and for Sculpted by Aimee.
Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing and reducing environmental impact.
Foster a diverse, inclusive and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.

Experience Needed

3-5 years’ experience as a Recruiter, managing end to end role requisition management
Experience in high-growth global scale ups is a must, and the beauty or retail industry; a nice to have.
Proven experience in contemporary recruitment practices
Experience recruiting at all levels, from Intern to Director and C suite
Excellent communication skills, coaching and influencing skills
Proven experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
Project management and working in an agile environment ideal but not a requirement.
