At The Lunch Bag, we’re passionate about making fresh, healthy school meals available to every child. Already serving over 100,000 children daily, we’re continuing to grow and are now looking for a Regional Manager in Galway to support even more schools.

This role is about building relationships and helping schools access a service they already need. It’s not a high-pressure sales job - your focus will be guiding schools through the process and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

What you’ll do

- Build positive relationships with principals, teachers, and school communities

- Support schools through the sign-up and launch process

- Coordinate school launches with our Brand Ambassadors

- Manage leads and progress using Pipedrive

- Respond to school queries and provide support where needed

- Mentor Brand Ambassadors in your region

- Represent The Lunch Bag with professionalism and care

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or community engagement

- A people-focused, approachable communicator

- Genuine interest in children’s health and wellbeing

- Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload

- Full clean Irish driving licence

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and route planning tools

What we offer

€50,000 salary

Company car provided

Full-time, permanent contract

Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm
