Job Summary:
As a Registered Manager within the Complex Care division, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care packages for clients with complex needs. You will lead a team to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and the operational success of your region. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of the care sector.
You will work closely with internal teams, commissioners, and external stakeholders to ensure care packages are launched, managed, and continuously improved. You will also maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support the head of operations with HIQA compliance, and ensure that service delivery meets company expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead safeguarding practices to protect service users.
• Supervise staff, conduct clinical risk assessments, and oversee specialist care (tracheostomy, ventilator, PEG feeding).
• Ensure comprehensive care plans, audits, and incident reviews are in place.
• Collaborate with consultants and community nursing teams.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience in delivering change and driving growth in a dynamic care environment.
• Strong understanding of HIQA regulations and experience in maintaining compliance in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders.
• Understanding of specialist interventions, clinical governance, and person-centred approaches.
• Calm and effective under pressure, particularly in crisis or emergency situations.
• Strong in rota planning, documentation, and prioritisation of competing demands.
• Implementing personalised care plans and positive behaviour support strategies. Handling safeguarding referrals, incident reporting, and risk assessments.
