Deliver safe, high\-quality, person\-centred nursing care to clients in their own homes in line with NMBI standards and organisational policies.
Carry out comprehensive nursing assessments, develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, maintaining appropriate documentation.
Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring best practice at all times.
Monitor clientsâ physical, emotional, and social well\-being and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Liaise effectively with GPs, public health nurses, multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records using appropriate IT systems.

Act as an advocate for clients, promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
Be a Registered Nurse on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Have at least 6 monthsâ relevant post\-registration nursing experience.
Exhibit a caring, respectful, and compassionate approach to care provision for clients and their families.
Full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
