Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care, with a particular focus on the needs of Bulgarian-speaking patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient health and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families in Bulgarian about health management and available resources.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to all local healthcare policies and regulations to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Current nursing degree with eligibility for registration in Ireland, ideally with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
• Proficiency in Bulgarian (both written and verbal) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver responsive healthcare tailored to patient needs.
