Your mission
We’re looking for a talented, strategic, and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to help us shape and scale our content engine.
This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for creating insight-led, value-driven content that speaks directly to the needs of talent acquisition and HR professionals. From blogs and newsletters to long-form playbooks, event support, and sales enablement, you’ll drive the voice and content that positions SocialTalent as a leading authority in the world of hiring skills.You’ll own and evolve our content strategy – balancing evergreen themes with timely industry insights while working closely with platform experts, sales, customer success, and leadership to bring our stories to life.
This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative writer-marketer who is as comfortable crafting an SEO-optimised blog as they are building a campaign with sales, or responding to a trending topic with a fast-turn newsletter. Our customers are global enterprise organisations across a range of industries. They partner with SocialTalent to build cultures of hiring excellence — so they can attract, assess, and hire the right people to make their teams and businesses successful.
We’re a remote-first company based in Ireland. This role is open to candidates located in Ireland and eligible to work here. You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, all passionate about transforming how hiring works around the world.

Competitive salary range of 55K based on experience
