In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape social media strategies for leading brands in the DACH region. Accountabilities
- Develop strategic themes and creative concepts for social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Analyze target audiences, platform trends, and competition to provide informed strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate existing creatives and campaign results to develop strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Integrate client feedback and performance data for continuous optimization of content strategies.
- Maintain and evolve central strategy documentation consistently.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
- Understanding of paid and organic strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Experience in developing cross-channel campaign strategies from Always-On to highlight campaigns.
- Ability to think analytically, creatively, and conceptually, drawing real insights from data.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B2) is required.
