Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes.
• Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; good English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and respect.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural setting.
