We are looking for a dedicated professional who can leverage their language skills and expertise to help our clients optimize their operations through strategic solutions. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations that drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to assess their specific needs and business objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and support of solutions.

• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer support, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering client satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients.
