In this role, you will utilize your language skills and expertise to assist clients in leveraging our innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and business objectives through direct engagement and consultations.
• Design and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients and help them maximize the use of our products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to provide relevant and insightful advice to clients.

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also preferred.
• Prior experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related role is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools.
