Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver holistic solutions and improve overall service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer support or service roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently while effectively contributing to a team-oriented environment.
