Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through various communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently.
• Willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand, and embrace a new culture and lifestyle.
