Events and Marketing Ops Manager

As our name suggests, we are a social bunch! We are looking for a customer-centric, creative, and organised Events & Marketing Opps Manager to bring our brand to life in the US and EMEA

In this role, you’ll own our marketing events calendar both online and offline, including conferences and trade shows, customer meet-ups, author networking events, product webinars, virtual events, and podcasts. Joining the Marketing team, you will collaborate with our Sales and Customer Experience teams to deliver exceptional events that not only delight our audience but also amplify our brand and contribute positively to our business goals.Your day-to-day: 

• Operationally Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of our in-person and online events, including customer-specific events.

• Handle all event logistics, ensuring each event runs smoothly.

• Collaborate with Marketing to promote our events, capture leads, and execute impactful post-event campaigns.

• Partner with our Product Marketing Manager to align event content with sales enablement strategies.

• Analyse event performance, delivering insightful reports with actionable recommendations for future events.

• Track and ensure adherence to a marketing budget and ability to demonstrate ROI for activities

What you need to thrive in this role: 

• Proven success in delivering successful events and experiences that drive business value.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, projects and stakeholders while ensuring value for spend.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for fostering collaborative relationships.
• Experience with event budget management and negotiation.
• Creative mindset with a knack for innovation in event planning and execution.
• Proven track record of managing exhibition‑stand suppliers and partnering with brand‑design teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact event experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring event execution and experience is world class.
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other related software tools
• Ability to travel as required for event planning and management.
