About the Team Our Finance Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial systems. We’re responsible for the daily reconciliation and balancing process, as well as supporting internal technology initiatives that impact our core gaming system and financial transaction recording.

About the Role
Daily reconciliation of sales dashboards, wallet balance and electronic payments balancing.
Daily reconciliation of bank balances and automated reconciliation tools to general ledger.
Daily and weekly balancing process and reconciliations using Power BI Dashboards.
Daily balancing of physical ticket counts and amounts and online plays, ensuring results tie to end of day reports from various systems.
Daily balancing of end of day reports across a 3-way system check.
Coordinating completion of the interactive control summary and daily wallet reconciliations for payments to card and prize pay-outs.
Logging issues misbalances and follow up with external vendors and project leads.
Assisting with testing of new game development including analysis of computer-generated reports in order to carry out financial balancing.
Attending project meetings and inputting to controls process, testing project timings.
Review and provide feedback and sign off on FRS (Functional Requirement Specification), BRS (Business Requirement Specification), PID (Project Initiation Document), Test Strategy documents regarding major projects.
Checking and validating newly designed reports, as well as verifying required data.
Reporting of issues encountered using JIRA.
Assist with retesting of issues raised in order to close out test plans.
Assist with preparation of regulatory files to the Regulator.
General month end finance oriented tasks to assist with month end close process.
Other ad hoc Finance tasks as and when required
About You
You're a fully or part qualified accountant.
You have experience working in a busy Finance Department in a complex, fast paced organisation.
You have experience reconciling multiple data points and understanding the reason and driver of variances, as well as escalate as appropriate through the relevant ticketing systems.
You have experience working with Power BI dashboards (knowledge of building dashboards is an advantage).
You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Suite.
You work quickly, accurately and have strong attention to detail.
You're both logical and mathematical in your thinking.
You have analytical and problem solving skills together with good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are essential.
You're accomplished at obtaining and analysing large volumes of financial information.
