Accountabilities
- Convert strategy into a marketing and portfolio plan for key customers with strong category impact.
- Create concept selling stories and ensure excellence in execution for new launches and activations.
- Serve as a sparring partner for the customer and provide tailored recommendations.
- Act as a local market expert and translate customer observations into actionable insights.
- Share best practices with peers and lead projects within the global marketing team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of launch excellence.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Fact-based and analytical mindset, self-driven, motivated, team player.
- At least 3-7 years of experience in a marketing or commercial role in retail.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written; knowledge of German is a plus.
- University degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Prepared to travel 10-20 days annually.
