Product Manager (Senior)

We’re looking for a driven and user-obsessed Product Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, sport science, and customer success to drive our product strategy and execution. Your mission? To ensure we’re building the right features, in the right way, at the right time.
You’ll be the voice of the user, helping prioritize what gets built and why. You’ll work cross-functionally to define our roadmap, scope MVPs, and iterate quickly based on feedback and usage data. As one of the earliest product hires, this is an opportunity to shape the future of product at Output and make a huge impact from day one.
Your role will include:

• Product Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap—balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, sport scientists, and founders to turn user problems into simple, elegant solutions.
• User Discovery: Talk directly to customers and analyze product usage to uncover the most pressing problems and opportunities.
• Execution & Delivery: Scope features into MVPs and collaborate with the product team to deliver them reliably and predictably.
• Iteration: Use real-world feedback and data to improve our products and inform what comes next.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of shipping impactful software products.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Deep collaboration experience with software engineers and strong familiarity with agile development and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, etc.).
• Experience gathering both qualitative and quantitative user feedback to inform product direction.
• A background in UX or design is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a clear, structured decision-making process.
• Passion for creating products that are fast, intuitive, and impactful.
