In this role, you will leverage your project management skills to drive successful implementations and enhance client satisfaction. Accountabilities
- Drawing up a project plan and supervising its implementation
- Simultaneously managing multiple projects
- Determining project scope and planning work accordingly
- Assembling a team of competent consultants
- Maintaining a helicopter view on implementation progress
- Preparing kick-off presentations and coordinating stakeholders
- Monitoring project planning, scope, and budget
- Tracking project progress and ensuring quality
- Creating and maintaining a risk log, taking timely action
- Reporting project progress, budget quality, and risks
- Initiating innovative project management opportunities
- Managing expectations internally and externally
- Building long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities
Requirements
- Professional HBO education and relevant project management training
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry, preferably with SaaS solutions
- Good teaching and mentoring skills
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills
- Experience in preparing project plans, budgets, and tenders
- Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams
- Residence in the Netherlands and fluency in Dutch
- Good knowledge of the English language
