Senior Marketing Lead - 12 Month Contract

Each&Other is an award-winning UX and Product Design company. We're based in Dublin and have clients all around the world. We help our clients transform their customer experience by focusing on user needs, and making complex systems brilliantly easy to use.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Lead. What we’re aiming to do here is build our brand awareness in target markets, with expanded reach outside of our niche (UX) community. Ultimately the objective is to fill the top of the funnel – with leads that fit with our strategy. We want to be top of mind for our ideal customers – worldwide. You’ll have a marketing qualification – or else you can convince us that you don’t need one because you’re a natural marketeer. You’ll have at least 5 year’s experience in marketing roles, preferably in professional services and digital B2B.

This will be a full-time role with a 1 year contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL HAVE

As Each&Other’s Marketing Lead you’re going to help make us famous – for all the right reasons. We’ve done a lot of work on this already in terms of positioning and ICP, although we’re open to change if needs be, so you’re not starting from scratch.

• Website
• Monthly newsletter with feature article
• Case studies
• Awards
• Social Media – just Linkedin
• Sponsorships
• PR – ad hoc
• Channel marketing
• UX Pub Quiz

Reporting to the Head of Marketing what you need to do is plan out the year ahead, and with an integrated approach, create and maintain the yearly calendar, in collaboration with the Head of Business Development. This will include:

• Continuing to creatively run the activities above (or not if you think we should change things)
• Owning the website, our shop window and a channel for comms with all of our stakeholders
• Developing new propositions
• Developing and running new campaigns
• Run content marketing initiatives
• Running events
• Exhibiting at events / securing speaker slots
• Paid search/social
• Measuring and reporting
• Anything else that will help us achieve our objectives.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

• You've successfully and demonstrably built brand awareness in previous roles
• You are an excellent communicator – no matter the medium
• Although not a designer – you have an eye for design, you know what will work with our brand and what won’t
• You’ve experience in the marketing of technology
• You’re tech savvy
• You’re a hands on, roll up the sleeves type of person.

• You love marketing and understand the critical role it plays in company growth and success
• You know all about strategy vs tactics, the 4 Ps, the long and the short of it, double jeopardy, the 95/5 rule and know how to consider these in your planning
• You can spot a typo a mile off
• You are already eligible to live and work in the EU.

TO NOTE

• Each&Other offer a remote first policy, so if you are not based in Dublin, but interested in working remotely from elsewhere in Ireland, we’d love to chat with you
• That said, for interviews we'll want to meet you in person in Dublin.
