We are looking for dedicated individuals who can leverage their language skills and consulting expertise to support our clients in achieving their business goals. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to gather insights about their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present customized solutions that address client challenges and align with their objectives.
• Act as a reliable advisor, providing best practice recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and ongoing client support.
• Deliver training sessions for clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our products and services.
• Remain updated on the latest market trends and technological advancements to provide informed guidance to clients.

• Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is desirable.
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related professional environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to address client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to learn about technology solutions and adapt to new tools.
