Remote Social Media Manager

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can creatively and strategically generate and post content for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

This is NOT an entry-level position. This is a position for an experienced candidate, who will be compensated accordingly. The right candidate will be a social media ninja who can make high-level suggestions and execute on content creation for an international audience, not someone who managed the Facebook page for their school.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Following social media trends for new ideas


• Creating and designing social media content


• Tracking social media analytics and optimizing content accordingly


• Doing buyer persona and audience research 


• Developing social media ad campaigns and doing A/B testing


• Social Media Lead Generation


• Coordinating with Marketing Manager to re-use successful content

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years in a direct social media role


• Fluent written and spoken English


• Excellent copywriting skills


• Experienced in using design tools, such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop


• Experienced in creating SM lead generation strategies


• Storytelling skills


• Video editing on basic level: adding captions, resizing, cutting, splitting videos. 


• Experience with FB ads; LinkedIn ads will be a plus
