What you’ll Do:

• Oversight of end user queries received by Teckro. 

• Oversight of accurate data entry to the Teckro Helpdesk system. 

• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form with customers, and / or customer representative within Teckro. 

• Maintenance of accurate records in our system. 

• Assist cross-functional teams to improve processes across the business. 

• Perform data quality review of multiple internal and external reports and trackers. 

• Complete Document Assignment for all customers with a ‘Right First Time’ approach. 

• Review of relevant processes and improvement implementation as appropriate to ensure excellence in delivery. 

• Constant communication with the team, delivering appropriate feedback. 

The Ideal candidate will have:

• +1 year of Customer Support Experience is preferred but can also be coached.  

• Evidence of effective team communication, coaching and leadership skills. 

• Team building skills, able to work with various cultures and backgrounds. 

• Ability to work effectively both with a team structure and independently. 

• Experience in a fast-paced technical environment is preferred. 

• Proven communication skills in a previous client-facing team role. 

• Strong analytical skills and complex customer issues resolution skills. 

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.  

• Ability to prioritise tasks, projects and reporting to cross-functional teams. 

• Driven to succeed, eager to improve and comfortable working to tight deadlines. 

Qualifications Required:

• Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Life Sciences or other similar related disciplines. 

• A keen interest in / experience in healthcare or clinical research is a plus. 

• Fluency in any additional language is a plus.  

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.  

Location and Travel:

• Remote based - Required to travel to Dublin office once per month.


• Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
